Because of the extreme importance of this information, I will be posting both the video and print version of Monckton's speech. We are well beyond debate at this juncture - kids! No more punch and cookies. Time to grow up and realize this administration for what it is.

Here is the abbreviated version from the Glenn Beck show:

At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in]
Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your
president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it,
because they think they're going to get money out of it. Most of the
left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it.
Virtually nobody won't sign it.

I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world
government is going to be created. The word "government" actually
appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second
purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to
third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly,
"climate debt" - because we've been burning CO2 and they haven't. We've
been screwing up the climate and they haven't. And the third purpose of
this new entity, this government, is enforcement.

How many of you think that the word "election" or "democracy" or
"vote" or "ballot" occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty?
Quite right, it doesn't appear once. So, at last, the communists who
piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who
took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a
year, because [the communists] captured it - Now the apotheosis as at
hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the
world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that
point of view. He's going to sign it. He'll sign anything. He's a Nobel
Peace Prize [winner]; of course he'll sign it.

[laughter]

And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, if your
Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution
(sic), and you can't resign from that treaty unless you get agreement
from all the other state parties - And because you'll be the biggest
paying country, they're not going to let you out of it.

So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to
the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom
while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it,
your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your
humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government
you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is
how serious it is. I've read the treaty. I've seen this stuff about
[world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to
do this to you whether you like it or not.

But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love
and I so admire - it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at
the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you
will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that
purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if
there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.

So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed
to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the
Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:

Sail on, O Ship of State!

Sail on, O Union, strong and great!

Humanity with all its fears,

With all the hopes of future years,

Is hanging breathless on thy fate.

Verification of Monckton's assessment of the new entity's purpose can be found in the following sections of the treaty:

38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the
Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government;
facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic
organization of which will include the following:

World Government (heading added)

(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with
the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive
Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related
facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat
will operate as such, as appropriate.

To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)

b) The Convention's financial mechanism will include a multilateral
climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to],
including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a
Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to
support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating
to REDD actions.

With Enforcement Authority (heading added)

© The Convention's facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work
programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process;
© a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on
adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert
groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and
verification; and (e) an international registry for the
monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission
reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial
resources from developed countries to developing countries. The
secretariat will provide technical and administrative support,
including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].

From the Wall Street Journal no less.

Has Anyone Read the Copenhagen Agreement?

U.N. plans for a new 'government' are scary.

We can only hope that world leaders will do nothing more than enjoy a pleasant bicycle ride around the charming streets of Copenhagen come December. For if they actually manage to wring out an agreement based on the current draft text of the Copenhagen climate-change treaty, the world is in for some nasty surprises. Draft text, you say? If you haven't heard about it, that's because none of our otherwise talkative political leaders have bothered to tell us what the drafters have already cobbled together for leaders to consider. And neither have the media.

Enter Lord Christopher Monckton. The former adviser to Margaret Thatcher gave an address at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, earlier this month that made quite a splash. For the first time, the public heard about the 181 pages, dated Sept. 15, that comprise the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change—a rough draft of what could be signed come December.

So far there have been more than a million hits on the YouTube post of his address. It deserves millions more because Lord Monckton warns that the aim of the Copenhagen draft treaty is to set up a transnational "government" on a scale the world has never before seen.

The "scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention" that starts on page 18 contains the provision for a "government." The aim is to give a new as yet unnamed U.N. body the power to directly intervene in the financial, economic, tax and environmental affairs of all the nations that sign the Copenhagen treaty.

Obama Ignores 'Climate-Gate' in Revising Copenhagen Plans

FOXNews.com

The
scandal has prompted calls for Obama from global warming skeptics to
skip this month's climate summit in Copenhagen -- instead, the White
House is doubling down on its commitment

The controversy swirling around the leaked e-mails of climate
scientists apparently trying to downplay data and exclude dissenting
opinions has led to calls for President Obama to skip this month's
climate summit in Denmark until the e-mails can be investigated.

Instead, the White House announced Friday that Obama was doubling
down on his commitment to the summit's goals and moving his visit later
in the month, hoping it will secure a "meaningful" agreement.

The scandal being referred to as "Climate-gate" has rallied global
warming skeptics, who say the threat is exaggerated -- let alone caused
by humans. In some of the e-mails stolen by hackers and posted online,
scientists at Britain's University of East Anglia's Climatic Research
Unit appear to discuss hiding or deleting data that may contradicts
global warming claims. Others discuss ways of keeping competing
research out of peer-reviewed journals.

Comedy Central Scoops Network News on Climate-Gate Scandal

Thursday , December 03, 2009

By Diane Macedo

ABC didn't cover it. CBS didn't either. And NBC apparently wouldn't go near it.

The network news broadcasts have ignored a growing scandal over
evidence of a potential climate cover-up — and now they've even been
scooped by the fake news at Comedy Central.

"The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" produced its "reporting" on
Climate-gate Tuesday night, when Stewart quipped, “Poor Al Gore. Global
warming completely debunked via the very Internet you invented. Oh, oh,
the irony!”

Stewart described leaked e-mails from Britain's University of East
Anglia, including one referring to a researcher's "trick" to "hide the
decline" in some temperature readings in recent decades.

"It's just scientist-speak for using a standard statistical
technique — recalibrating data -– in order to trick you," Stewart said
sarcastically.

Nearly two weeks since news broke of the e-mail scandal, climate change skeptics have gloated; a leading climate scientist has resigned;
at least one U.S. lawmaker has called for an investigation, and
countless prominent news outlets have deemed the story worthy of major
reporting.

Still, according to a report Wednesday morning by the conservative Media Research Center,
"none of the broadcast network weekday morning and evening news shows
addressed Climate-Gate or the incriminating Jones development. ... This
marked 12 days since the information was first uncovered that they have
ignored this global scandal."

This
week, President Obama and the leaders of the world are to meet to
determine the fate of humanity. This meeting, to be held in Copenhagen,
has as its’ mission to bind the nations of the world under a
climatocracy, or rather a climate regulatory scheme devised and
operated by bureaucrats and elitists. The members of this climatocracy
will profit while the rest of humanity will sink into darkness. There
will be nowhere to hide; no oasis to be found in the desert. Indeed,
after the discussions have concluded will our freedoms also be
concluded? Will humanity be plunged into a global tyranny governed by a
state of climate fear or will we be able to stop them before it is too
late? There have never been greater stakes for the freedom of mankind.

Over
the past couple decades globalists like Al Gore and Maurice Strong have
used the cloak of pseudo climate science as their veil. Now that
‘climategate’ has removed the curtain and shone the light on the
slithering cockroaches within the backrooms of climate cookbookery,
there is no longer any debate about the science. The only thing that
now exists is laid bare before our eyes – a deliberate attempt to
subjugate the people of the earth to global governance under the guise
of science.

Chestnuts roasting on a Copenhagen fire

By Chuck Norris

Copenhagen is on fire this week, and there's far more heating up than just the climate.

While heads of state and others gather this week at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (Dec. 7-18), bonfires have already been blazing for weeks on that European front.

Let me see if I can summarize the chestnuts roasting on that Copenhagen fire.

Shocking e-mail exchanges from scientists at an eminent global-warming research center
in the United Kingdom have proven that key climate-change scientists
have suppressed evidence to "trick" or "hide the decline" of global
temperatures.

Rather than focus on the audacity of the climate-gate cover up, Obama's top science adviser, John Holdren, downplayed the e-mails, telling Congress that the controversy involved a small group of scientists. And others like Sen. Barbara Boxer blamed the hackers who exposed the e-mails rather than the scientists who deceived the world with false global climate reports.

Similarly, the U.N. was caught recently deleting documents that would disclose how member states are leading (or not leading) the way in self-greening efforts.

Carbon Credits are the New Bubble

Copenhagen’s Hidden Agenda: The Multibillion Trade in Carbon Derivatives

Round Two: Carbon Derivatives

Now, Bloomberg notes that the carbon trading scheme will be largely centered around derivatives:

The
banks are preparing to do with carbon what they’ve done before: design
and market derivatives contracts that will help client companies hedge
their price risk over the long term. They’re also ready to sell
carbon-related financial products to outside investors.

[Blythe]
Masters says banks must be allowed to lead the way if a mandatory
carbon-trading system is going to help save the planet at the lowest
possible cost. And derivatives related to carbon must be part of the
mix, she says. Derivatives are securities whose value is derived from
the value of an underlying commodity -- in this case, CO2 and other
greenhouse gases...

Who is Blythe Masters?

She is the JP Morgan employee who invented credit
default swaps, and is now heading JPM's carbon trading efforts. As
Bloomberg notes (this and all remaining quotes are from the
above-linked Bloomberg article):

Monckton Says Secretive Copenhagen Treaty Creates Global Government Tax

  • Text size
  • Larger

Paul Joseph Watson

Prison Planet.com

Wednesday, December 9, 2009

Lord Christopher Monckton warns that the secretive
draft version of the Copenhagen climate change treaty represents a
global government power grab on an “unimaginable scale,” and mandates
the creation of 700 new bureaucracies as well as a colossal raft of new
taxes including 2 percent levies on both GDP and every international
financial transaction.

Speaking with The Alex Jones Show, Monckton, who is in
Copenhagen attending the UN climate summit, said that when he attempted
to obtain a copy of the current draft of the negotiating text
agreement, he was initially rebuffed before he threatened an
international diplomatic incident unless the document was forthcoming.

“I insisted and it took about 10 minutes and they
consulted each other with three or four of them arguing over it – none
of them would produce the document….I said I know this treaty exists
because this is what the conference is all about,” said Monckton.

Only after Monckton threatened repercussions was he
handed the the current draft of the treaty, and the details it
contained are perhaps a clue as to why the UN officials were so keen to
keep it under wraps.

I guess this is what it takes to win a Nobel Peace Prize these days - you have to be a lying, self-serving, sociopath like Al Gore. You know Al, he's the guy that "invented the Internet."

Russians confirm that UK climate scientists manipulated data

"http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/jamesdelingpole/100020126/climategate-goes-serial-now-the-russians-confirm-that-uk-climate-scientists-manipulated-data-to-exaggerate-global-warming/">Climategate has already affected Russia. On Tuesday, the Moscow-based
Institute of Economic Analysis (IEA) issued a report claiming that the
Hadley Center for Climate Change based at the headquarters of the
British Meteorological Office in Exeter (Devon, England) had probably tampered with Russian-climate data."

PRINCE CHARLES: EXECUTIVE JET WITH BIG CARBON FOOTPRINT GETS HIM TO CLIMATE CHANGE TALKS

Story Image

Prince Charles travelled to Copenhagen on an executive jet to make a speech on climate change

PRINCE
Charles used up seven months’ worth of the average British person’s
“carbon footprint” yesterday flying to Copenhagen on an executive jet
to make a speech on climate change.

The heir to the throne, who prides himself on his green credentials, cost taxpayers
an estimated £12,000 and racked up a 6.486-ton carbon footprint in one
day by taking a seven-seater RAF Royal Flight HS125 jet to the summit
in the Danish capital.

The answer is yes, they really do think you're that stupid. I would be willing to bet it would only take me minutes to verify the same report about Al Gore. Wake up America.

Could this be the "New World Order" that H.W. Bush spoke of? By the way, he's not the only one and this is not the only time he has made reference to it.

Some, like Al Gore, refer to a "global governance" when he speaks of climate change. Same thing in my book.

Recently Henry Kissinger spoke of what Obama's primary objective will be, creating a "new world order". Whether we believe it or not, is immaterial. They obviously DO believe in a global government.

Mission accomplished, for now. The globalists have been forced to back away from some of their claims. In particular, the raising water levels.

Climate scientists withdraw journal claims of rising sea levels

Study
claimed in 2009 that sea levels would rise by up to 82cm by the end of
century – but the report's author now says true estimate is still
unknown

"Scientists have been forced to withdraw a study on projected sea level
rise due to global warming after finding mistakes that undermined the
findings."

Head of 'Climategate' research unit admits sending 'pretty awful emails' to hide data

By
David Derbyshire

Last updated at 8:34 AM on 02nd March 2010

Scientists at the heart of the Climategate row were yesterday
accused by a leading academic body of undermining science's
credibility.

The Institute of Physics said 'worrying
implications' had been raised after it was revealed the University of
East Anglia had manipulated data on global warming.

The
rebuke - the strongest yet from the scientific community - came as
Professor Phil Jones, the researcher at the heart of the scandal, told
MPs he had written 'some pretty awful emails' - but denied trying to
suppress data.

The IPCC consensus on climate change was phoney, says IPCC insider

Lawrence Solomom June 13

The UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change misled the press
and public into believing that thousands of scientists backed its
claims on manmade global warming, according to Mike Hulme, a prominent
climate scientist and IPCC insider.  The actual number of scientists
who backed that claim was “only a few dozen experts,” he states in a paper for Progress in Physical Geography, co-authored with student Martin Mahony.

“Claims such as ‘2,500 of the world’s leading scientists have
reached a consensus that human activities are having a significant
influence on the climate’ are disingenuous,” the paper states
unambiguously, adding that they rendered “the IPCC vulnerable to
outside criticism.”

Hulme, Professor of Climate Change in the School of Environmental
Sciences at the University of East Anglia –  the university of
Climategate fame — is the founding Director of the Tyndall Centre for
Climate Change Research and one of the UK’s most prominent climate
scientists. Among his many roles in the climate change establishment,
Hulme was the IPCC’s co-ordinating Lead Author for its chapter on ‘Climate scenario development’ for its Third Assessment Report and a contributing author of several other chapters.

Hulme’s depiction of IPCC’s exaggeration of the number of scientists
who backed its claim about man-made climate change can be found on
pages 10 and 11 of his paper, found here.
