Flower,at least there are IOUs,pertaining to social security.The government has raided the funds set aside for veterans and have been active in doing this for many years.Money has been used by congress,probably for more pork and the missing money can't be traced.This situation was revealed when the department of veterans afairs,along with Col.Day filed a class action suit against the Dept. of Def.to force them to fill their promisess,to veterans.WRJ
